Support for Frameless Techniques: In specialized treatments like cranial radiosurgery, which traditionally required invasive rigid frames, SGRT enables accurate and comfortable frameless setups, improving the patient experience without compromising precision.

Pre-Setup Visualization: Before the initial setup, the system projects a color "surface" image overlay on the reference surface of the patient. This provides therapists with an immediate visual guide for a rough, yet highly effective, initial placement.
Detailed Anatomical Coaching: For the final fine-tuning, the system offers detailed guidance for specific body parts (head, arms, legs). It displays intuitive on-screen arrows and instructions (e.g., "Move left arm 5mm down"), allowing for precise adjustments without constant reference to external markers.
Seamless Integration: The system is fully integrated with the linear accelerator's treatment 4D/6Dcouch. After a final surface scan, it calculates the 6D correction vector (three translational and three rotational shifts).
Automated Execution: With a single command, this correction data is sent directly to the couch, which then automatically moves to the correct position. This "Shift-on-Surface" feature is as reliable as traditional "Shift-on-CBCT" but is often significantly faster as it does not involve ionizing radiation
Zero Dose Imaging: Unlike X-ray-based imaging (kV-CBCT, MV-CT), OSMS uses harmless visible or near-infrared light. This allows for continuous monitoring throughout the entire treatment fraction without adding any additional radiation dose to the patient.
